Hailey Jorgensen – Real Estate Broker, Rental Property Owner & Manager
Hailey has always been fascinated by people and how the spaces we live in shape our lives. Growing up locally, she was surrounded by the world of design and real estate- her mother was an interior designer, and her parents bought, sold, and renovated homes. Those experiences gave Hailey an early appreciation for the artistry, psychology, and heart that go into creating a home.
That natural foundation, combined with her business-minded approach and genuine love for helping others, inspired her to start her own company: Pillarstone Properties LLC. Before diving into Property Management and Real Estate, Hailey honed her leadership and people skills in the service industry, managing teams in upscale restaurants and bars where attention to detail and exceptional customer service were key.
With a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a focus in Business Administration, she blends an understanding of people with a sharp eye for business- ensuring residents feel supported and valued. In her time as a Property Manager, Hailey has learned firsthand what property management companies do well and where they often fall short. Through her on-the-ground experience working closely with owners, vendors, renters, and employees alike, she has developed a deep understanding of what keeps people happy, engaged, and loyal- insights she applies daily to create lasting relationships and thriving communities.
Adventure has also shaped Hailey’s perspective. After college, she spent 70 days backpacking solo across 13 countries in Europe, immersing herself in new cultures and gaining a deeper understanding of how to connect with people from all walks of life, as well as a deeper appreciation for how we connect to places. That same curiosity and courage drive her work today. In her (seldom) off time, Hailey enjoys cooking, exercising, spending time with family, and exploring the local community she knows and loves well.
